A portfolio of a total of 5 horizontal lathes allows us to cover a wide range of processing dimensions and component geometries. From diameters of 2 mm to 600 mm, we offer our services for the production of rotationally symmetrical geometries flexibly and efficiently. We also have lathes with integrated drilling and milling units, as well as the option of up to 6-sided complete machining without changing machines. In combination with our milling centers and boring mills, we are also able to produce rotationally symmetrical components with highly complex prismatic elements. Our grinding technology reliably meets the highest requirements for dimensional and surface tolerances.
Our machining centers enable the production of highly complex geometries, with precision always being paramount. In the field of machining prismatic component geometries, our machine park includes modern CNC milling machining centers of various designs.

We produce precise deep holes for you quickly and cost-effectively. The holes are drilled using internally cooled, single-lip drill bits. This guarantees high drilling and positioning accuracy. Naturally, it is also possible to equip the holes with the corresponding connection threads.
You receive secure connections for a wide variety of materials, which we then machine completely and ready for installation as required. All parts for vacuum applications are glass bead blasted or electrochemically polished upon request.

Our quality assurance stands for adherence to the highest precision. Our experienced team has access to a comprehensive range of measuring and testing equipment. In our climate-controlled measuring room, all component sizes can be measured with the highest accuracy using our coordinate measuring machine, a 6-axis measuring arm, a contour graph, and other digital measuring technology. Through in-process quality control during and after the production process, our trained quality assurance specialists create the test documentation for all manufactured components.
For larger component dimensions, we always have competent cooperation partners at our side.
We clean and package your components – including cleanroom-compatible ones – precisely according to your specifications. We can also clean them in our own ultrasonic bath.
