VPD GmbH was formed in 2024 through the merger of Vakuum- und Präzisionsteilefertigung Dresden GmbH (founded in 1991) and FAD Fertigungs- und AutomatisierungstechnikGmbH (founded in 1998). This merger allows us to further expand our expertise in product development and the manufacturing of vacuum, automation, and clamping systems, creating a strong, unified partner for our customers.By combining the strengths of both companies, we can optimize processes and deliver even greater value to clients and suppliers.
