Simple & highly complex CNC turned part geometries from individual parts to series production.
A portfolio of a total of 5 horizontal lathes allows us to cover a wide range of processing dimensions and component geometries. From diameters of 2 mm to 600 mm, we offer our services for the production of rotationally symmetrical geometries flexibly and efficiently. We also have lathes with integrated drilling and milling units, as well as the option of up to 6-sided complete machining without changing machines. In combination with our milling centers and boring mills, we are also able to produce rotationally symmetrical components with highly complex prismatic elements. Our grinding technology reliably meets the highest requirements for dimensional and surface tolerances.
In addition, we have the option of attractively expanding our portfolio using conventional turning technology with a diameter of up to 1,200 mm in order to manufacture precisely and economically.
In the area of machining prismatic component geometries, our machinery includes 8 modern CNC milling machining centers of various designs. We are therefore in the Ability to produce components flexibly and economically, with 3-axes up to a size of 1,800 x 800 x 600 mm and with 5-axis machines up to 950 x 850 x 650 mm. We produce precise deep hole holes for you quickly and cost-effectively. The holes are drilled using internally cooled single-lip drilling tools. In the air-conditioned measurement room, all component sizes can be measured with maximum accuracy on our coordinate measuring machine, a 6-axis measuring arm, a contour graph and other digital measurement technology.
Based on quality monitoring during and after the production process, the test documentation for all manufactured components is prepared by our trained QA specialists.
We clean and pack your components — even suitable for cleanrooms — exactly according to your specifications. We can clean components up to 550 × 400 mm and a maximum weight of 300 kg in our own ultrasonic bath. For larger component dimensions, competent cooperation partners are always at our side.
