From now on and in the long term, we are looking for support in the form of automation and clamping technology specialists who will join us in the production of technologically sophisticated individual parts and assemblies with complex geometries and a high level of manufacturing depth made of stainless steel, aluminum and special materials for research, development and special machine construction.

Your tasks at a glance

Creating CNC programs with Heidenhain control on milling machines (e.g. DMG Mori, Hedelius, Mikron)
Setting up the tools with the Zoller tool setting device and setting up the CNC milling machines
Manufacture of individual parts and small batches
Implementation of quality and production requirements
Machine maintenance

What we expect

Completed technical training, preferably as a cutting machine operator
Independent and goal-oriented way of working as well as team and communication skills
Experience in programming CNC controlled machine tools
Experience with Heidenhain control systems is an advantage
Professional experience is an advantage• Careful and systematic way of working
Reading technical drawings
Selection and use of measurement and testing equipment
Shift readiness for 2-shift system
