Your tasks at a glance

Creating CNC programs on lathes (e.g. DMG Mori) with controllersFANUC 210is, Sinumerik 840D, 828D
Setting up the tools with the Zoller tool setting device and setting up the CNC lathes
Manufacture of individual parts and small batches
Implementation of quality and production requirements
Machine maintenance
Manufacture in accordance with the drawing

What we expect

Completed technical training, preferably as a cutting machine operator
Independent and goal-oriented way of working as well as team and communication skills
Experience in programming CNC controlled machine tools
Experience with Fanuc and/or Siemens controls is an advantage
Professional experience is an advantage
Careful and systematic way of working
Reading technical drawings
Selection and use of measurement and testing equipment
Shift readiness for 2-shift system
